Sessions are SELF-PAY only, however, I do work on a sliding scale (adjustable rate) if there is a demonstrated need. I can also provide a reimbursement form to those insurance companies who allow out of network therapy sessions.

Although I am a professional therapist, my approach is somewhat unconventional, with my intention being to create a down-to-earth, real relationship with you. I practice transparency with my clients and share from my own experiences to help build trust and open communication. We’re all in this life together and my struggles are just as real as yours.

Something I’ve learned over the years is that depression, anxiety and anger come up when we feel far away from ourselves and who we are deep down, on a soul level. In sessions, we’ll work together to find that part of yourself again.

I’m a certified fitness coach and masters level Mental Health Counselor. I ‘m trained in both EMDR Therapy and Gottman Couples Therapy. I currently work under supervision and am registered with the State of FL as a LMHC-Intern. For 10 years I have been helping people in the community lose weight, stay active and become healthier physically and mentally. My hope is that together, we can find an approach that works well for you to help you strengthen your relationship with self and others,  and live a happier, more productive life!
